This has been a hit at Spanish Pig. We love the quality of this salchichón Ibérico. It has just the amount of black pepper, always a sign that the producers are not trying to cover up the quality of the pork with spices. Another sign of its quality is the dark crimson red colour of the meat.
This beauty has been cured in natural dryers for 4 months and ready for you to enjoy as part of a charcuteria board or just slice a piece off every now and enjoy with some bread sticks! Que aproveche!
