BEHER's story began in the early 1930s when Bernardo Hernández Blázquez started crafting his own Iberian products by hand. He was passionate about creating high-quality, authentic products that showcased the best of Spanish cuisine.

In the 1970s, Bernardo Hernández García, son of the founder, took over the reins and transformed BEHER into a globally recognized brand. He expanded the company's operations and established the first exports, enabling the brand to reach new markets around the world. Bernardo also introduced the breeding of the 100% Iberian native pig, a crucial step that helped BEHER achieve the current level of excellence in its products.

With the arrival of the third generation, BEHER had already become an established and respected company that controlled the entire production process. Bernardo and Jorge Hernández Tinoco continued to drive the brand's growth, building a large distribution network and opening stores and restaurants in Spain and Portugal.

Today, the fourth generation is beginning to make its mark on BEHER. The company remains committed to its core values of quality and authenticity, while also embracing the digital age and new technologies to adapt to changing market needs and consumer tastes.

From its humble beginnings to its current position as a leading producer of Iberian products, BEHER's commitment to quality and authenticity has remained unwavering. The brand's story is a testament to the power of hard work, passion, and a dedication to excellence.
