This ham is the result of four generations of the same family striving for perfection. It all begins on the Spanish forest pasture lands known as the "Dehesa" of Extremadura where the pigs are raised under free-range conditions. This process still follows the traditional method, and solely those cuts which have aged to precisely the right degree are selected for slicing and reserved for the full enjoyment of the most demanding palates.
