Traditional and sustainable fishing art since the 15th century (there are currently 425 boats in Galicia), that takes place at evening and sunrise. The fishermen remove each sardine caught in the net, still alive, maintaining its freshness and quality until it is processed. Its aging in the can improves its flavour and texture, which is why we have waited 8 months from its manufacture to present it.

It is a limited edition of 1000 units, fished in Rianxo (A Coruña).

The design is an original work by the renowned Galician artist Fernando Rei.
