Join us for an evening of Spanish charcuteria! This culinary workshop delves into the fundamentals of Iberian ham, including tasting the various types and flavours of Iberico ham, and learning the basics of carving. We'll also explore the craft of charcuteria board building - learning about the Spanish ingredients, textures and flavours that compliment each other and present beautifully together.  

Participants immerse themselves in the heritage and techniques behind these Spanish culinary treasures, gaining practical skills and cultural insights along the way.  

The session is led by master ham carver and Founder of Spanish Pig, Jonathan Larrad. It will last for approximately 90 minutes and includes the following:

* A welcome glass of cava or red wine

* 70g of Iberico ham to take home with you

* Sampling of a lot of cured meats and cheeses to enjoy during the session!

* 15% discount on all products in store* 

This class takes place at our 77 Roncesvalles Avenue shop.  It is design for between 4-8 people.
