Jose Gourmet tuna fillets are firm and an excellent source of protein. We love to break up the fillets to show the deeper red colour of its interior and serve it with you favourite salad leaves, a good dressing and whatever salad ingredients you have at hand. Not to be compared with store bought tuna! We were impressed by the clean flavours and great texture.
