Murcia Al Vino - Wine Soaked Goat Cheese- Different Sizes
Murcia al Vino is made from the best Spanish goat milk. Murcia al Vino is made from the milk of Murciano-Granadina goats. These are well acclimatized to the heat and aridness, grazing on the rich grass and wild herbs, resulting in a very flavorful cheese.
This cheese is made using wine to give it its extraordinary color. The texture is firm, but also extremely buttery, making it an excellent cheese to add to your tapas board, or just simply serve with a Ribera del Duero wine.
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, rennet, salt, cheese cultures. Rind treated with red wine.
