The “ñora” is a red, round pepper, dried in the sun and used as an ingredient in many Spanish dishes. They are sweet and intense in flavour, but not spicy.
These peppers are either ground down for use in paprika, or rehydrated and used in soffrito, a Spanish culinary base.
