This is an ideal kit or gift for those looking to produce an authentic Spanish spread of montaditos at home with minimal effort.
Montaditos are small pieces of bread topped with a combination of delicious Spanish ingredients, and secured with a toothpick. They are colourful and impressive and typically seen all over Spain's tapas bars.
Each kit includes a recipe card with a selection of montadito ideas so it's easy to create your own tapas evening.
All you need to do is buy the best baguette(s) you can and then just follow the extremely easy instructions included in the kit. This will feed a lot of people (6-8 as an hors d'oeuvres) and you will most likely have leftovers.
Each box includes: a chorizo, anchovy stuffed olives, tuna belly, Ibérico ham, guindillas (hot pickled chillies), aged manchego cheese, piquillo peppers and olive oil caviar (lovely taste and great for presenting your food like a chef).
