Free Shipping on orders over $399. Orders received after noon on a Wednesday will be sent out on Monday.

Returns & Exchanges

The Spanish Pig understands that sometimes a return or exchange is required. For us to process a return or exchange, please send us an email through the Contact Us page and please consider the following:

 

  •  We will only be able to issue credits if the product is sent back unopened and in a timely manner
  • All meat related products (even if cured) must be kept refrigerated until it is shipped back to us
  • All returns must be shipped back to The Spanish Pig at your cost
  • The Spanish Pig will not accept any open items for returns
  • We will honour returns and issue credits if the product is truly spoiled, however in our experience, this is rare
  • We will ship the product with a best before date of a minimum of 30 days to 6 months or more (this varies from product to product).
