Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us here at Spanish Pig that you are delighted with your order. We take pride in our products and we strive to bring the best of Spain to our customers here in Canada.
If you are not happy with your order, we want to hear from you and we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is required. For us to process a return or exchange, please kindly send an email through our Contact Us page describing the issue. We will do our best to make things right. Please consider the following:
- We will only be able to issue credits if the product is sent back unopened and in a timely manner, unless there is an issue with the product once opened.
- All meat related products (even if cured) must be kept refrigerated until it is shipped back to us
- All returns must be shipped back to Spanish Pig
- We will honour returns and issue credits if the product is spoiled, however in our experience, this is rare
