True to their philosophy, Ar de Arte guarantees the Galician origin of our xoubiñas (small sardines) always starting from a fresh and selected product. The size of the sardine is essential, they choose the smallest that the law allows to fish in their estuaries .
The processing begins with the cleaning of the sardines using sea water, prior to a light toasting that will give it that color and texture characteristic of their brand.
Finally, they are gutted, the best pieces are selected and packed by hand one by one. Olive oil finishes a unique presentation in each can.
The design is based on a work by Galician artist Fernando Rei.
