There is canned octopus and then there is Gueyumar chargrilled octopus. As good as you would get served in a top end Spanish restaurant, this Cantabrian octopus (probably the best kind available) is cut into large pieces and braised. Preserved in extra virgin olive oil Arberquino de Torre de Canena- simply stunning.
