Description: Razor Shell Clams in Garlic and EVOO sauce, fished by manual diving, hand picked, cooked and packed.
Features:
- Collected by experienced divers, the delicious razor clams from the Finisterre area, in this case presented with garlic sauce.
- At the Los Peperetes factory it is cleaned and washed in lukewarm salt water to select the best size pieces and carefully packed in the can.
- A delight to accompany with a good wine and some slices of wood-fired bread!
Ingredients: Razor clams (bivalve molluscs), olive oil, garlic, hot pepper, salt. May contain traces of shellfish and fish.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume in 3 days.
