We love these Garfish caught in the Atlantic and canned by hand on the spot in Matosinhos, Portugal. If you have never had garfish before we strongly recommend them, especially if you like sardines, mackerel and other oily fish, you will adore garfish. A slightly firmer texture than sardines and a milder flavour, these make for the perfect adition to a seacuterie board.
