At Spanish Pig this is probably our favourite sliced chorizo. The whole piece has been cut in our Spanish Pig shop and vacuum packed to taste as wonderful as the day it was sliced. The quality is outstanding and will not leave a strong paprika aftertaste like other cheaper brands will do.
We recommend serving it as it is, perhaps with some pieces of good baguette or bread sticks. Great in a bocadillo too!
