Crafted from a blend of Ibérico meat and fat, seasoned with salt and spices, this cured black chorizo sausage is meticulously kneaded and encased in a natural casing. Through a careful process of dry curing and maturation,not only helps with the stability of the product but also the development of its distinctive flavour and aroma.

For optimal storage and care, keep me in a cool, dry place, and once opened, store refrigerated. When it's time to indulge, allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before enjoying with good company.

Our product is gluten-free, crafted from a blend of premium ingredients including pork meat and fat, onion, blood, salt, spices, and other natural components, ensuring a flavorful experience for all.
