Extra virgin olive oil from Jaén, early harvest harvested in early November. It is the optimal harvest time, to obtain a gourmet oil, since the fruit is in “veraverse”, that is, at it's right point of ripeness.

Cold extraction, using mechanical processes that ensure that the organoleptic properties of the oil remain intact. On the palate, it has a sweet fruity taste, with a very pleasant final itch, typical of the Picual variety On the nose, our oil has an intense aroma of fresh fruit, freshly cut grass and memories of tomato plant.

A beautifully presented bottle, painted in carmine red and screen-printed, inspired by the lights suit and work of the Andalusian region. The bottle is accompanied by a beautiful limited edition case, inspired by the tiles and flowers of the Andalusian patios.
