At Spanish Pig this is probably our favourite sliced Salchichón. The whole piece has been cut in Canada and vacuum packed to taste as wonderful as the day it was sliced. The quality is outstanding and not too fatty in taste or texture.
We recommend serving it as it is, perhaps with some pieces of good baguette or bread sticks. Great in a bocadillo too!
