This addition is our first 75% Iberian breed bellota ham and we were so impressed when we tried it that we had to bring it to our customers. Marcos' thinly hand carved acorn-fed Iberian ham is dry-cured for 36+ months! It originates from the Salamanca region, like some of the best bellota ham in Spain does. The farm it comes from is certified for compassionate farming.
Ingredients: Acorn-fed Iberian pork ham, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate, sodium citrate, sodium ascorbate.
