Rosara Tuna Loin & Piquillo Pepper Pintxos

Ingredients (all available at Spanish Pig):
1 jar Rosara Tuna Loins in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 jar Rosara Whole Piquillo Peppers
Baguette
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Picual)
Sea salt flakes
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Toast the base: Lightly toast the tortas or bread slices until golden and crisp. Drizzle with a touch of Jaén olive oil.
Layer with piquillo peppers: Slice the piquillo peppers into strips and lay a few pieces on each toast.
Top with tuna: Gently break the Rosara tuna loins into thick flakes and place on top of the peppers.
Finish and serve: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and chopped parsley (if using). Serve alongside a small bowl of Mas Vells olives for the perfect bite.
