We get our hands on some delicious chistorra (think thin chorizo). This is a cooking chorizo and is perfect in a number of recipes (basically, anything that calls for cooking chorizo) but is also delicious served on a piece of bread.
We recommend you peel the chorizo prior to cooking and then place on grill (BBQ will do nicely also) or fry in a pan with a little bit of oil.
