– 1 tin Ramon Peña Skinless & Boneless Sardines
– 4 slices Andrés Gaviño Tortas (Plain or Rosemary)
– 1 roasted piquillo pepper  sliced
– A few olives, pitted and chopped

Top each torta with a sardine, a strip of piquillo pepper, and a sprinkle of chopped olives. Drizzle with a little olive oil from the tin. Serve as a sophisticated tapa or light snack—no cooking needed, just bold, beautiful Spanish flavour.
