Ramon Pena's small horse mackerels are selected at the port from fishing boats at the many fisheries of the Spanish Galician Rias. Ramon Pena grills and toasts the Mackerel then hand packs then in tins with quality olive oil. Serve as tapas together with fresh crusty bread.
