100% Verdejo from the Rueda and Nava del Rey vineyards.
Elaboration
The harvest took place at the beginning of September. After pressing, alcoholic fermentation is carried out with native yeasts . Subsequently, it undergoes a short aging on its fine lees, around four months. Clarified with bentonite for stabilization. Bottling took place at the beginning of February.
Tasting note
The wine expresses the typicality of Verdejo: aromas of great intensity, elegant and fresh. The herbaceous notes and white flowers, aniseed nuances, fennel and scrubland stand out with a balsamic background. In the mouth it has a great structure and volume, it is unctuous and elegant, with a soft bitterness at the end, characteristic of its grape.
