Bomba rice, prized as the king of paella rice, is at the heart of Spain’s most celebrated dishes. Grown in the fertile fields of Valencia, La Fallera Bomba rice is renowned for its exceptional quality and ability to absorb flavours while maintaining its firm texture. This short-grain variety has a unique pearl-like shape that allows it to expand lengthways rather than widthways during cooking, ensuring the grains remain separate, plump, and never sticky.

La Fallera, one of Spain’s most trusted rice producers, has been supplying households and professional kitchens for generations. Their Bomba rice is carefully selected to meet the demands of traditional paella making, where texture and consistency are essential. Its remarkable capacity to soak up two to three times its volume in liquid means it captures the full essence of a rich stock, spices, and seasonings, creating a truly authentic paella experience.

Beyond paella, Bomba rice is perfect for other Spanish favourites such as arroz al horno, arroz a banda, and creamy rice stews. Its reliability in holding both shape and flavour makes it a versatile ingredient for creative cooks who want restaurant-quality results at home.

A pantry essential for anyone passionate about Spanish cuisine, La Fallera Bomba rice ensures that every dish has the depth, character, and authenticity it deserves. Whether you’re cooking for a family gathering, entertaining friends, or perfecting your paella craft, this premium rice guarantees outstanding results every time.

Perelló Spicy Manzanilla Olives are a bold twist on a Spanish classic. Sourced from the sun-drenched groves of Andalusia, these plump, green Manzanilla olives are prized for their firm bite and delicate, nutty flavour. What sets Perelló’s version apart is their irresistible briny marinade, infused with a gentle heat from guindilla chillies. The result is a perfectly balanced flavour — the natural buttery richness of the olives meets a lively, peppery kick that keeps you coming back for more.

These olives are as versatile as they are addictive. Serve them as part of a traditional tapas spread, toss them into salads for an instant Mediterranean lift, or simply enjoy them straight from the tin with a crisp glass of Albariño or a cold beer. Their convenient, ready-to-eat format makes them an ideal pantry staple for impromptu gatherings or quick snacking.

Perelló has been crafting olives and pickles for decades, combining traditional Spanish know-how with a modern sense of flavour and presentation. Their spicy Manzanilla olives capture the essence of Spanish conviviality — lively, flavourful, and made for sharing. Whether you’re a long-time olive lover or a newcomer to Spanish tapas, these are a snack that transforms any moment into a fiesta.

Rosara’s Salsa Brava stays true to the classic Spanish preparation, made in the traditional style without tomato. Instead, its depth and character come from Piquillo peppers blended with the heat of alegrías riojanas, the iconic spicy peppers of the Ebro Valley, along with cayenne for an extra lift. The result is a bold, vibrant sauce with a rounded flavour profile that balances spice, sweetness, acidity, and warmth. Despite its intensity, it contains only 5.9 percent fat, making it a lighter option than many commercial versions.

This sauce stands out for the quality of its ingredients and the complexity achieved through slow cooking. Piquillo peppers give natural sweetness, pimiento choricero adds body, and a touch of Sherry vinegar, white wine from Jerez, and brandy brings sophistication. A small amount of fish broth enhances savouriness without overwhelming the palate.

Ingredients
Piquillo peppers (37 percent), onion, olive oil, alegrías riojanas (spicy peppers), dried choricero pepper (10 percent), Sherry vinegar, rice, fish broth (water and conger eel), sugar, salt, paprika, white wine (Jerez), brandy, spices.
Gluten free. Contains fish.

Just natural ingredients prepared with care.

The result is a silky, mildly sweet tomato sauce with remarkable depth for something so honest and straightforward. It contains only 1.1 percent fat, making it a healthy and versatile choice for everyday cooking. Whether used on its own or as the foundation of bigger dishes, it brings warmth and authenticity to the plate.

De Mello’s Nom Nom Dark Roast is a coffee designed for those who love depth, richness, and a bold character in their cup. Crafted with a focus on delivering a truly full-bodied experience, this roast is known for its velvety texture and indulgent “fat” mouthfeel. It’s a coffee that lingers, offering a satisfying weight on the palate while retaining balance and refinement.

The flavour profile leans heavily into chocolate tones, layered with subtle sweetness that comes alive when combined with milk. In fact, this is where the Nom Nom Dark Roast truly excels: it was roasted to shine in milk-based drinks, whether a flat white, latte, or cappuccino. The creaminess of the milk enhances the natural cocoa and nutty notes of the beans, creating a harmonious blend that is both comforting and indulgent.

Hints of roasted grain and toasted almond add depth, while a gentle tea-like quality rounds out the cup, preventing it from becoming overly heavy. It manages to achieve that elusive balance between being bold and approachable, making it a versatile choice for different brewing styles.

De Mello have taken care to ensure that Nom Nom is not just another dark roast. Instead, it captures the richness people crave from a deeper roast while preserving nuance and complexity. Whether enjoyed black for its robust strength or paired with milk for a smoother, chocolate-forward indulgence, it offers a reliable and flavourful daily brew that coffee lovers can return to time and again.

It’s the kind of coffee that stands up to a long breakfast with Manchego and marmalade or a late-afternoon pick-me-up alongside sweet tortas and salted almonds.

Add a bag to your next Spanish Pig order and bring a little extra intensity to your morning ritual. Because great food — and great coffee — starts with people who do things right. Dead Man Walking is proof of that.

Perelló “Ajos Aliñados” are a wonderfully Spanish take on garlic: whole cloves carefully pickled and seasoned to create a savoury, tangy snack with a surprisingly mild and approachable flavour. Unlike raw garlic, which can be sharp and aggressive, the pickling process softens the cloves while preserving their satisfying bite and unmistakable garlic character.

Produced by Perelló, a Barcelona company with roots stretching back to 1964, these seasoned garlic cloves are exactly the kind of simple but addictive aperitivo you might find alongside olives, anchovies and conservas at a good Spanish vermutería.

The cloves are plump and pleasantly crunchy, with acidity balancing their natural sweetness and seasoning adding an extra layer of Mediterranean flavour. They can be eaten straight from the jar as part of an aperitivo, but they’re equally useful in the kitchen.

Add them to a charcuterie and cheese board, scatter them through salads, serve alongside grilled meats or fish, or chop them into a vinaigrette. They’re also excellent with Manchego, cured meats and a cold glass of vermouth.

For garlic lovers, these are dangerously easy to eat. For those who normally find raw garlic too powerful, they can be a revelation: mellow, tangy, crunchy and packed with flavour without the harshness of a fresh clove.

A classic Perelló pantry product and an effortless way to bring the flavours of a Spanish aperitivo to the table.

Gallegas de Nata are traditional cream biscuits from Galicia, presented in a decorative 250 g tin. Made with organic cream, wheat flour and cane sugar, they offer a crisp bite and a softly sweet dairy flavour. Their simple recipe lets the cream take centre stage, making them a lovely choice when you want something delicate alongside coffee or tea.

Organic cream accounts for 42% of the recipe. That generous proportion gives these biscuits their character, while a little salt rounds out the sweetness. There is no elaborate filling or chocolate coating to distract from the flavour: just a straightforward Galician biscuit inspired by a family recipe.

Open the tin for an afternoon coffee break, share a few after dinner, or serve them with a small bowl of fresh berries. They also make a charming accompaniment to vanilla ice cream or a spoonful of yogurt. For a quick dessert, crumble a biscuit over poached fruit to add a little crisp texture without much preparation.

The illustrated tin makes this an inviting gift for a host, a thoughtful addition to a Spanish food hamper, or a treat to keep in your own kitchen. Once the biscuits have been enjoyed, the container can be kept for storing small kitchen essentials.

Keep the biscuits in a cool, dry place away from strong odours. After opening, store them in an airtight container to help preserve their texture.

Size: 250 g tin.
Ingredients: Organic cream (42%), organic wheat flour, organic cane sugar and salt.
Allergens: Contains milk and wheat (gluten).

Nocilla Original is a little taste of Spanish childhood in a jar: a smooth cocoa and hazelnut spread made for warm toast, afternoon snacks and the occasional spoonful straight from the glass. Its chocolatey flavour is rounded by the gentle nuttiness of hazelnuts, giving you an easy way to bring something sweet to everyday breakfasts and desserts.

This 180 g jar is a handy introduction to a much-loved Spanish pantry favourite. The texture spreads easily over bread and lends itself to both simple snacks and more playful kitchen projects. Try it on toasted sourdough, tuck it into a freshly warmed croissant, or spread a thin layer inside a crêpe before adding sliced strawberries or banana.

For dessert, spoon a little over vanilla ice cream, sandwich it between two plain biscuits, or use it as a filling for a small sponge cake. A scattering of chopped hazelnuts adds crunch, while a pinch of flaky salt makes a lovely finishing touch. At breakfast, it pairs particularly well with coffee and a piece of good bread.

Nocilla Original is made without palm oil and comes in the brand’s distinctive glass container. Keep it in a cool, dry place and close the lid securely after use; refrigeration is not needed. Whether it brings back memories of merienda in Spain or introduces you to something new, it is a simple, cheerful addition to the sweet side of your pantry.

Size: 180 g.
Allergens: Contains milk, hazelnuts and soy. May contain other tree nuts.

Sardines on toast are one of those simple pleasures we will always make time for. This hanging ornament turns the idea into a small, witty keepsake: two little fish rest across a slice of toast, ready to bring a smile to anyone who notices them. Its understated colours and sculptural shape make it charming without feeling overly precious.

At Spanish Pig, we are firm believers that good conservas deserve to be enjoyed, shared and talked about. This piece is a playful nod to that spirit. Hang it from a kitchen hook or cupboard handle, add it to a food themed holiday tree, or use it as the finishing touch on a gift wrapped selection of tinned seafood. It would be especially fun alongside a tin of sardines, a loaf of crusty bread and a bottle of excellent olive oil: everything needed to make the real thing at home.

Designed by the English homeware company Shoeless Joe, the ornament brings a little eccentricity to the spaces where we cook and gather. It is a thoughtful small gift for a sardine enthusiast, a keen home cook or the friend who appreciates an unexpected detail. Keep it on display after the holidays; good food is worth celebrating all year. Decorative only.

Rosara's eggplant hummus begins with roasted eggplant, allowing its natural sweetness and gentle smoky character to lead. A little tahini, lemon juice, Arbequina extra virgin olive oil and seasoning round out the flavour without crowding it. The result is a silky, savoury spread with a bright finish and a texture made for scooping, spreading and sharing. It has the warmth of a dish prepared for the table, tucked into a convenient 125 ml jar.

Serve it cool or at room temperature with warm pita, crisp breadsticks or toasted sourdough. Add carrot and cucumber batons, charred courgette or grilled peppers for colour and crunch. To dress it up for guests, spoon the hummus into a shallow bowl, make a little well in the centre and finish with olive oil, chopped parsley and a dusting of sweet paprika. It can also become the base of a sandwich with roasted vegetables or a small mezze style plate with olives and almonds.

Serving & pairing

Try it beside a cold glass of Albariño or a lightly chilled Spanish rosé. Their freshness brings out the lemon and balances the roasted eggplant. For a non alcoholic pairing, sparkling water with lemon and a sprig of mint keeps the same bright, appetising mood. A small jar makes an easy addition to a larger tapas spread without requiring any cooking.

Product details

The producer's recipe contains 91% eggplant and 3% tahini, plus lemon, Arbequina oil, salt and spices. It contains sesame and is listed as gluten free. Net weight is 100 g. Check the label for complete ingredients and refrigerate the jar after opening.

Rosara's piquillo pepper mousse makes the character of a Spanish pepper feel exceptionally refined. The peppers are roasted over beech wood and peeled without water, preserving their sweet, rounded flavour and the suggestion of smoke from the fire. Blended with egg and cream, they become a soft, airy spread that is rich enough to anchor a canapé yet gentle enough to accompany delicate ingredients. The first impression is sweet piquillo; the finish is savoury, creamy and inviting.

Open this 125 ml jar for a tapas board and spread a little mousse onto warm toasted bread. Top with a thin ribbon of jamón, a flake of good tuna or a few chives. It is equally lovely spooned next to tortilla española, folded into a sandwich with Manchego, or served in a small dish alongside roasted vegetables. For a quick starter, fill crisp pastry cups with mousse and finish with a little olive oil and a tiny pinch of smoked paprika.

Serving & pairing

The mellow sweetness gives you room to play with a glass of chilled Garnacha rosé or a fresh, unoaked white from Spain. A dry fino Sherry makes another appetising aperitivo pairing with salty cured meats and the pepper's roasted notes. Let the mousse come close to room temperature before serving to appreciate its texture and aroma.

Product details

Rosara makes this mousse with piquillo pepper, pasteurised egg, cream, milk, sugar and salt. It contains egg and milk, including lactose; the producer lists it as gluten free. The jar holds 125 ml, with a stated net weight of 100 g. Consult the label for the complete details.

White asparagus is a quiet luxury of Navarra, and Rosara gives this classic the attention it deserves. The spears are made from fresh asparagus, carefully peeled and preserved while tender. Their pale colour, delicate sweetness and silky texture need very little embellishment. This is the 8 to 12 spear selection in a 580 ml jar, a distinct format from the smaller oval can already in the collection. Bring it to the table when you want a vegetable course that feels both effortless and special.

Drain the spears gently and let them come to room temperature before serving. Lay them in one layer on a platter, with a light vinaigrette of extra virgin olive oil and Sherry vinegar, or a little high quality mayonnaise on the side. Finely chopped egg, chives and a few capers add contrast without disguising their flavour. For a traditional Spanish starter, pair them with jamón and crusty bread; for dinner, place them beside grilled white fish or a roast chicken.

Serving & pairing

A fresh Verdejo or a dry Navarra rosé gives this delicate dish a graceful partner. Keep the dressing light and the wine crisp so the sweetness of the asparagus stays in focus. The 580 ml jar is particularly useful when several guests are sharing tapas or when asparagus is the centre of a composed salad.

Product details

Rosara lists asparagus, water, sugar, salt, citric acid and ascorbic acid as ingredients. The producer identifies this Navarra asparagus as a regional designation product and gluten free. Net weight is 530 g, with 325 g drained. Consult the jar for full label details and refrigerate leftovers after opening.

Agromar’s Fabes de Asturias con Almejas brings together two favourites of northern Spanish cooking: tender white beans and delicate clams. Prepared in a savoury broth, this traditional Asturian dish balances the creamy texture of the beans with the gentle flavour of the sea. It is comforting, satisfying and ready to warm whenever you want something more interesting from the pantry.

The recipe keeps things simple, allowing the beans and clams to take centre stage. Onion, garlic, olive oil, tomato, pepper and parsley round out the flavour, creating a generous dish with an appealing balance of earthiness and freshness. The beans soak up the cooking juices, while the clams bring a subtle briny character that makes every spoonful feel distinctly coastal.

This 420 g tin is a convenient way to enjoy a regional Spanish favourite without soaking beans or preparing seafood from scratch. Keep one on hand for an easy lunch, a relaxed supper or a warm addition to a spread of Spanish dishes. A little crusty bread is all you need to make the most of the broth.

Ingredients
White beans (40%), cooking water, clams (14%), onion, garlic, olive oil, tomato, pepper, parsley and salt. Contains molluscs (clams).

Serving Suggestions
Transfer to a saucepan and warm gently. Serve with crusty bread, a green salad and a glass of crisp Spanish white wine. For a finishing touch, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and fresh parsley.

Storage
Store unopened in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate in a suitable covered container.

Nocilla Cookies & Cream brings a little crunch to Spain’s familiar sweet spread. Inside the 180 g jar, a creamy milk-and-hazelnut base is dotted with cocoa cookie pieces, creating a contrast between soft, sweet cream and small bites of biscuit. It is an inviting choice for anyone who enjoys the combination of cookies and cream in a spreadable form.

The flavour is gentle, milky and nutty, with the cocoa cookie pieces adding texture throughout. Spread it over warm toast, tuck it into a crêpe, or serve a spoonful alongside strawberries and sliced banana. It also makes an easy filling for a croissant or a topping for pancakes and waffles when breakfast calls for something a little more indulgent.

For a quick dessert, layer it with plain yogurt and berries in a small glass, sandwich it between biscuits, or spoon it over vanilla ice cream. You can also use it as a filling for a sponge cake or spread a small amount over a shortbread biscuit. A cup of coffee provides a lovely accompaniment to its sweetness.

This is the jarred Cookies & Cream spread, rather than a packet of cookies. Nocilla makes it without palm oil, and the cocoa cookie pieces in this recipe are made with rice flour and corn starch. Presented in a glass container, it is a fun addition to the sweet pantry.

Store in a cool, dry place, close securely after use and do not refrigerate.

Size: 180 g.
Allergens: Contains milk, hazelnuts and soy. May contain other tree nuts.

Good food deserves a beautiful setting, and this 30 cm Ocean Fish Platter brings a little life to the table before the first bite is served. A shoal of deep blue fish swims across the pale surface, framed by a warm, natural looking rim. The design feels playful without losing its elegance, so it sits just as comfortably at a relaxed lunch as it does at a carefully laid dinner.

We love it for the kind of generous sharing that sits at the heart of Spanish Pig. Arrange slices of jamón and cheese around a small dish of olives, build a conservas spread with bread and lemon, or let grilled seafood take centre stage. The fish pattern still peeks through between the food, making the platter part of the presentation. When the table is cleared, it is handsome enough to leave out on a shelf, sideboard or kitchen counter.

Created by the English design company Shoeless Joe, this is a piece with character rather than another anonymous serving dish. Pair it with the coordinating Ocean Fish bowls or three section tray for an inviting, collected look. It also makes a thoughtful gift for someone who loves seafood, entertaining and distinctive things for the home.

A little bowl can change the whole feel of a table. The Ocean Fish Dip Bowl has a pale interior scattered with swimming blue fish and a warm, natural looking exterior. Its lively pattern gives even the simplest snack a sense of occasion, while the compact shape makes it easy to fit among plates of charcuterie, cheese and conservas.

Set it out with olives, aioli, romesco or a bright lemon dressing for grilled seafood. It is equally at home holding Marcona almonds, a spoonful of pickled peppers or a small serving of anchovies. We especially like it in the middle of a Spanish Pig aperitivo spread: open a few good tins, slice some bread, pour a glass of something chilled and let everyone help themselves. The fish design feels right at home beside seafood, yet the bowl is versatile enough to use every day.

From English design company Shoeless Joe, this piece has the pleasing look of an object chosen for its personality as much as its usefulness. Leave it visible on an open kitchen shelf between gatherings; the blue and white pattern adds a fresh coastal note to the room. Pair it with the Ocean Fish platter or three section tray for a table that feels coordinated without being too formal.

Good company often begins with a few small things brought to the table. This Ocean Fish tray gives three of them their own place, with a trio of square sections decorated in flowing shades of blue. The warm toned surround and clean, elongated shape make it an inviting piece for sharing, while the fish motif adds a quiet sense of fun.

At Spanish Pig, we would fill it with a mix of olives, Marcona almonds and pickled peppers for the start of an aperitivo. Try three conservas alongside bread on a separate board, or use the sections for aioli, romesco and a lemony dressing when seafood is on the menu. It makes setting out small bites feel considered without turning a casual gathering into a formal affair. Even between meals, the tray looks lovely on a kitchen counter or open shelf, where its blue and white design can be enjoyed every day.

From Shoeless Joe, an English design company, this is the sort of tabletop piece that earns its place in a home through both usefulness and character. Pair it with the Ocean Fish dip bowl and platter if you enjoy a coordinated table, or let it stand alone among your favourite ceramics. It makes a lovely gift for anyone who likes hosting friends around good food.

Rosara turns a simple chickpea salad into a generous Spanish pantry dish. Tender chickpeas meet wood roasted piquillo peppers, tuna and green olives, all brought together with Arbequina extra virgin olive oil and a little Sherry vinegar. The combination is bright and savoury, with the soft texture of the chickpeas set against sweet pepper and the gentle salinity of tuna and olives. It is the sort of ready to serve jar that feels carefully prepared rather than hurried.

Made in Navarra, this 370 ml jar has the balance to stand on its own as a light lunch or become part of a larger tapas table. Spoon it into a shallow bowl and give the ingredients a gentle stir so the dressing coats every bite. Serve chilled or at room temperature. For a more substantial salad, add sliced red onion, ripe tomato, tender greens or a few pieces of avocado. A little chopped parsley and a drizzle of good olive oil make an elegant finish.

Serving & pairing

Set it beside grilled bread, a plate of jamón and a bowl of olives for an effortless aperitivo. It also works beautifully with a simply cooked white fish or alongside a tortilla española. Pour a crisp Albariño or Verdejo: freshness in the glass suits the Sherry vinegar and the sweetness of the piquillos without overwhelming the tuna.

Product details

Rosara uses chickpeas, piquillo pepper, tuna, green olives and Arbequina oil in this recipe. Contains fish and sulphites; the producer lists it as gluten free. Check the jar for the full ingredient and allergen declaration. The capacity is 370 ml; the stated net weight is 340 g.
