Through a careful process of dry curing and maturation,not only helps with the stability of the product but also the development of its distinctive flavour and aroma.

For optimal storage and care, keep me in a cool, dry place, and once opened, store refrigerated. When it's time to indulge, allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before enjoying with good company.
