Gueyu Mar have done it again with this amazing squid in its own ink. This squid has been braised and is the best squid in ink we have tried at Spanish Pig. We recommend taking it out of its can and warming up a bit before serving with crusty bread, it is essentially like eating a tapa at a Michelin star restaurant.
