The bluefin tuna belly is the most tender and softest part of tuna. Located in the lower part of the tuna (in the area close to the head), the tuna belly stands out for its juiciness and exquisite flavor. It is also highly recommended for lowering cholesterol levels, since it is high in Omega 3.
