This Bellota ham comes from 100 % Iberico pigs. Beautifully presented by Señorio de la Montanera, a favourite brand of ours at Spanish Pig. The high levels of oleic acid produced by the acorn in the pigs diet ensures a melt in the mouth quality. When you open the packet (always bring to room temperature) you will be hit with a delightful aroma. A unique flavor; distinctly intense and exquisite will be something to remember for a while. Hand-cut slices and vacuum packed.
