Finnia Chocolate & Cacao is a small-batch, bean-to-bar craft chocolate maker from Gore Bay on Manitoulin Island, Ontario, founded by Lisabeth Flanagan in 2009. What began as a home-based venture called Ultimately Chocolate eventually evolved into a dedicated bean-to-bar operation — a movement in craft chocolate that emphasizes sourcing raw cacao beans ethically and overseeing every step of production, from roasting to refining, in order to highlight the unique flavours of the cacao itself.
The Coffee with Milk Chocolate Bar celebrates this artisan heritage by blending rich, creamy milk chocolate with dark-roasted coffee for a sophisticated, energizing treat. Made entirely in Finnia’s Manitoulin Island facility, the bar is refined slowly to achieve a smooth texture and an integrated balance of sweet milk-chocolate notes and bold coffee character.
