Rosara Artichokes Stuffed with Seafood 6 Pieces 445 ml

This is one of Rosara’s most celebrated dishes, crafted with the care and refinement that defines truly exceptional conservas. Each piece begins with the finest artichoke hearts, hollowed out by hand to preserve their natural tenderness. They are then filled with a smooth, delicate béchamel made from prawns and langoustines. The dish is finished with an elegant seafood sauce prepared from crayfish, prawns, red shrimp, and a vegetable-enriched fish fumet. The result is a deeply flavourful but beautifully balanced preparation that tastes freshly made, with no acidity and no “tinned” notes.

Despite its richness of flavour, this dish is remarkably healthy, containing only 1.5 percent fat, very low salt, and no gluten. The texture of the artichokes is particularly impressive: soft, silky, and ready to melt into the sauce while remaining intact on the plate.

Ingredients
Artichokes (62 percent), seafood and fish broth (water and varying proportions of crayfish, prawns, red shrimp, and conger eel), tomato, sunflower oil, onion, carrot, milk, prawns (2 percent), langoustines (2 percent), rice flour, leek, rice, hake, white wine, salt, sugar, antioxidants (ascorbic acid and E-385).
Contains lactose, fish, and crustaceans. Gluten free.

• Handle with care. Remove each artichoke gently with a spoon and place into a dish before pouring the sauce over.
