Rosara Seafood Cream Soup 500 ml

This is Rosara’s signature cream soup and it shows in every spoonful. Intensely flavoured yet beautifully smooth, this seafood cream delivers the depth of a traditional marisquera kitchen with the comforting texture of something freshly made. The flavour comes entirely from real seafood. There are no dehydrated powders, concentrates, extracts, colourants, thickeners, preservatives, or flavour enhancers. Just honest ingredients and careful cooking.

The base is a rich seafood and fish broth made from langoustines, prawns, and conger eel, gently simmered and blended with tomato, vegetables, cream, and a subtle touch of Armagnac and butter. The result is a clean, balanced seafood flavour that feels indulgent without heaviness. With only 5 percent fat, this is a refined and surprisingly light dish.

Ingredients
Seafood and fish broth (60 percent, made from varying proportions of langoustines, prawns, and conger eel), tomato (9 percent), sunflower oil, cream, onion, carrot, leek, rice, Armagnac, butter, salt, antioxidants (ascorbic acid and E-385).
Gluten free. Contains fish and dairy (lactose).
