Introducing 'El Pedal' Tempranillo by the Hernáiz family, sourced from their vineyards scattered across Rioja Alta's picturesque villages. While primarily Tempranillo, these grapes, nurtured on mature bush vines, offer a distinct expression, reflecting the region's moderate climate.

Fermentation takes place in a blend of concrete and stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in various vessels for five months. A touch of previous vintage wine adds depth before bottling, resulting in a youthful yet nuanced Tempranillo.
