This is a good quality chorizo ibérico in the traditional sarta (tied at both ends). Great for a stand alone or can be used in dishes, although its not a cooking chorizo it can double up as one! Made from Iberico pigs fed on an acorn diet, chorizo doesnt get a lot better than this!
At our household we always have one ready in the fridge as it is such a versatil ingredient.
