DG Sherry Vinegar Reserva DOP is a deeply expressive example of what makes traditional Spanish vinegars so revered. Produced in the heart of Jerez under strict Denominación de Origen Protegida standards, it is crafted from quality wines and aged patiently in oak casks using the solera system. This extended ageing, typically a minimum of two years, allows the vinegar to develop remarkable depth, complexity, and balance.

On the nose, it offers an inviting intensity, with notes of dried fruits, toasted nuts, and a gentle hint of oak. The palate is where it truly shines. Rich yet elegant, it carries a rounded acidity that is far softer and more integrated than standard wine vinegars. Layers of flavour unfold gradually, from subtle caramel and spice to a lingering, almost balsamic-like sweetness, though always with a distinctly Andalusian character.

Its versatility in the kitchen is exceptional. A few drops can elevate a simple salad, bringing brightness and depth without overwhelming other ingredients. It pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, grilled meats, and fatty fish, cutting through richness with precision. It is also a natural companion to Spanish classics, from tomato-based dishes to slow-cooked stews, where it enhances rather than dominates.

DG Sherry Vinegar Reserva DOP is not just a seasoning, but a finishing touch. It reflects patience, craftsmanship, and a deep culinary heritage, offering a refined acidity that transforms everyday cooking into something far more memorable.

De Mello’s Nom Nom Dark Roast is a coffee designed for those who love depth, richness, and a bold character in their cup. Crafted with a focus on delivering a truly full-bodied experience, this roast is known for its velvety texture and indulgent “fat” mouthfeel. It’s a coffee that lingers, offering a satisfying weight on the palate while retaining balance and refinement.

The flavour profile leans heavily into chocolate tones, layered with subtle sweetness that comes alive when combined with milk. In fact, this is where the Nom Nom Dark Roast truly excels: it was roasted to shine in milk-based drinks, whether a flat white, latte, or cappuccino. The creaminess of the milk enhances the natural cocoa and nutty notes of the beans, creating a harmonious blend that is both comforting and indulgent.

Hints of roasted grain and toasted almond add depth, while a gentle tea-like quality rounds out the cup, preventing it from becoming overly heavy. It manages to achieve that elusive balance between being bold and approachable, making it a versatile choice for different brewing styles.

De Mello have taken care to ensure that Nom Nom is not just another dark roast. Instead, it captures the richness people crave from a deeper roast while preserving nuance and complexity. Whether enjoyed black for its robust strength or paired with milk for a smoother, chocolate-forward indulgence, it offers a reliable and flavourful daily brew that coffee lovers can return to time and again.

Rosara’s chickpeas are one of their most celebrated pantry essentials, and it becomes clear why from the first taste. These large, premium chickpeas are selected for their exceptional quality and cooked slowly using traditional, artisanal methods. The result is an incredibly tender legume with a creamy interior, a skin so delicate it is barely noticeable, and a clean, natural flavour that tastes purely of the chickpea. Once you begin cooking with Rosara legumes, it is difficult to return to anything else.

Each jar reflects Rosara’s commitment to simplicity and craftsmanship. The chickpeas hold their shape beautifully while remaining soft and luxurious. The cooking liquid is a bonus. It is rich, savoury, and perfect for enriching soups, rice dishes, or stews. Because these legumes are so tender, they should be added to your dishes toward the end of cooking and handled gently. If you want to remove them from the jar more easily, warm the closed jar briefly in a bain marie.

These chickpeas adapt effortlessly to both rustic Spanish recipes and fresh, modern dishes.

Serving Suggestions

• Add to a traditional Spanish cocido or any hearty stew with chorizo and vegetables.
• Toss with roasted peppers, tuna, tomatoes, and extra virgin olive oil for a vibrant chickpea salad.
• Warm gently with garlic, olive oil, and smoked paprika for a simple tapa.
• Combine with sautéed spinach for a classic Andalusian dish.
• Blend with tahini and lemon for a smooth, restaurant-quality hummus.
• Use the cooking liquid to add depth to soups or sauces.

A proper paella, made the way it should be. This is our fully cooked Chicken Paella, prepared in generous batches using traditional Spanish ingredients and techniques, then portioned into a 900g tray for effortless enjoyment at home.

We use boneless chicken thighs for depth and tenderness, Spanish Bomba rice for its ability to absorb flavour while holding its shape, extra virgin olive oil, ripe tomato, flat green beans, large lima beans, garlic, sweet smoked paprika, and real saffron infused into the stock. The result is a balanced, deeply savoury rice dish with gentle warmth, natural sweetness from the vegetables, and that unmistakable saffron aroma.

Each tray is fully cooked and ready to heat. Simply remove the sleeve, heat in the microwabe until hot throughout, and serve directly at the table. No stirring, no shortcuts, no artificial flavours. Just proper ingredients and proper technique.

One 900g tray generously serves two very hungry people or three to four lighter portions. Pair with a crisp Albariño, a fresh green salad, and good company.

This is comfort food with heritage. A taste of Spain, ready when you are.

This sauce is synonymous with the flavour of Spain and is particularly known as the key ingredient in the world-celebrated dish, “Patatas Bravas.” Its taste profile is described as savory, spicy, smoky, and bright, making it a versatile addition to many culinary creations.

Espinaler's Brava Sauce is made with an intense spicy flavor, incorporating ingredients such as cayena (cayenne pepper), black pepper, and both sweet and spicy paprika. This combination of spices results in a sauce that is both flavorful and intense. The sauce is composed entirely of natural ingredients, free from additives, dyes, flavorings, or preservatives, ensuring a pure and authentic taste.

A beautifully traditional preserve, this organic quince jam captures the essence of one of Spain’s most cherished fruits. Slow-cooked to bring out its natural depth, quince offers a distinctive flavour that sits somewhere between apple and pear, with a gentle floral note and a subtle, lingering sweetness.

The texture is smooth yet substantial, making it ideal for spreading generously over toast or pairing with cheese. It comes into its own alongside Manchego or softer cheeses, where its natural acidity and sweetness create a perfectly balanced contrast. There is a purity to it that speaks of careful sourcing and a respect for the ingredient itself.

Ingredients: Organic quince, organic sugar, lemon juice.

At Spanish Pig, we’re all about flavour that tells a story — and De Mello’s Dancing Goat coffee fits right in. Bright, playful, and beautifully balanced, this medium roast blend is a celebration in every cup. Whether you're starting your day with toast and olive oil or winding down with a sweet torta, Dancing Goat brings a lively, feel-good energy to the table.

Roasted in small batches in Toronto, Dancing Goat is one of De Mello’s signature blends, known for its smooth body and vibrant notes of stone fruit, milk chocolate, and a hint of citrus. It’s approachable enough for everyday sipping, but complex enough to satisfy serious coffee lovers — a perfect parallel to the kinds of Spanish flavours we love most: layered, joyful, and crafted with care.

While it’s not from Spain, Dancing Goat shares our obsession with quality and personality. Like the anchovies packed by hand in Cantabria or the olive oils cold-pressed in Andalucía, this coffee reflects the passion of its makers and the beauty of thoughtful sourcing.

Add Dancing Goat to your Spanish Pig order and discover how well it pairs with your pantry favourites — from a morning spread of fig jam and Manchego to an afternoon espresso alongside Marcona almonds. Because at Spanish Pig, we believe every part of the day deserves great taste.

Crisp and golden on the outside with a luxuriously creamy interior, these croquetas take inspiration from the iconic Spanish tapa that has been celebrated across Spain’s bars and kitchens for generations. Ñora peppers are a small, round variety of dried red pepper that hold a quietly essential place in Spanish cuisine, particularly along the Mediterranean coast. Left to mature fully on the plant before being sun-dried, they develop a deep crimson colour and a firm, almost leathery skin. Unlike many dried chillies, ñoras are not about heat. Their character lies in a gentle sweetness, a soft smokiness, and a rich, almost jam-like depth that builds slowly in the dish.

When rehydrated, the flesh becomes pliable and intensely aromatic, releasing flavours reminiscent of sun-ripened tomatoes, dried fruit, and a subtle roasted note. More often, the inner pulp is carefully scraped or blended into a paste, forming the backbone of many classic preparations. In dishes such as romesco sauce or arroz a banda, ñora peppers provide both colour and a rounded, mellow complexity that ties together garlic, olive oil, nuts, and seafood.

Their role is less about standing out and more about elevating everything around them. They bring warmth without aggression, richness without heaviness. This makes them incredibly versatile, whether infused into broths, folded into sauces, or used as a base for slow-cooked stews.

Ñora peppers are a reflection of traditional Spanish cooking at its best: simple ingredients treated with patience and respect, resulting in flavours that are layered, balanced, and deeply satisfying.

Pimientos del Cristal are one of Navarra’s most treasured delicacies, named for their extraordinary thinness that makes them almost translucent, like crystal. Grown in the fertile Ebro Valley and roasted over beech wood, these peppers embody the height of artisanal Spanish conservas. Their preparation is entirely manual. Because the flesh is so delicate, each pepper must be carefully cleaned and peeled by hand, a slow and meticulous process that results in exceptional texture and purity of flavour.

The reward is a silky, sweet, and never spicy pepper with remarkable finesse. Their natural sweetness and gentle smokiness make them stand out among all roasted peppers. Rosara’s dedication to traditional methods and small batch production ensures that every jar captures the essence of this regional specialty at its finest.

These peppers are incredibly versatile and elevate even the simplest dishes. They can serve as a star ingredient in tapas, accompany grilled meats or fish, or bring a luxurious touch to everyday meals.

Serving Suggestions

• Warm slowly in a pan with a generous pour of extra virgin olive oil for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with fried eggs for one of Navarra’s most beloved combinations.
• Add thin slices of garlic while heating for extra depth and aroma.
• Enjoy chilled with high quality extra virgin olive oil as a simple antipasto.
• Use as a gourmet garnish for grilled fish, white meats, foie gras, cheeses, or jamón.
• Incorporate into tapas, pintxos, or vegetable platters for elegant colour and sweetness.

SUSTAINABLE COOKING IN A CAN: In an age of conscious consumerism, canned seafood can offer transparency about sourcing, fishing methods, sustainability, and mercury levels that can be difficult or impossible to trace among the fresh seafood at the supermarket. As more and more home cooks cut down on their meat consumption out of concern for the environment, canned fish offers a happy alternative, packed full of protein and omega–3s. Its convenience, nutritional value, and long shelf life don’t hurt either!

Capirete Solera 8 is a superb example of one of Andalucía’s great culinary treasures: authentic Vinagre de Jerez. Produced by Bodegas José Páez Lobato in Jerez de la Frontera, this distinctive sherry vinegar is made using traditional methods and protected under the Vinagre de Jerez Denomination of Origin.

The “Solera 8” refers to its extended ageing through the traditional solera system, the same gradual blending and maturation method so closely associated with the wines of Jerez. Time spent ageing in oak gives the vinegar remarkable complexity, concentrating its aromas and developing a flavour that is considerably deeper and more rounded than ordinary wine vinegar.

Expect an intense yet beautifully balanced acidity, with notes of toasted wood, dried fruit, nuts and mature sherry. A little goes a long way, making it an invaluable ingredient in the Spanish kitchen.

Use Capirete Solera 8 to transform a simple tomato salad, brighten a gazpacho or salmorejo, or add depth to lentils, beans and slow-cooked dishes. It is also exceptional in vinaigrettes, marinades and sauces, or reduced gently to accompany grilled meats and vegetables.

For anyone serious about Spanish cooking, a good Vinagre de Jerez is a pantry essential. Capirete Solera 8 delivers the unmistakable depth, acidity and complexity that only genuine aged sherry vinegar can provide.

Pochas are one of Navarra’s most treasured culinary ingredients and form the base of many traditional regional stews. Unlike dried beans, pochas are harvested while still young, which gives them a uniquely tender texture and a delicate, almost creamy flavour. Their colour varies naturally from pale green to soft white depending on their stage of maturity, a sign of authenticity and careful timing. The moment of harvest and the precision of the preparation process are key to achieving a superior product, and Rosara excels in both.

These pochas are cooked very gently to preserve their structure and natural sweetness. They are exceptionally soft, so the jar should be emptied with care, and the beans should be added to dishes at the end of cooking. The cooking liquid is also valuable. It is rich, lightly creamy, and ideal for thickening sauces or deepening the flavour of stews.

Rosara Pochas offer a beautiful way to bring authentic northern Spanish cooking into your home. Their mild flavour allows them to adapt to an impressive variety of dishes.

Serving Suggestions

• Prepare a classic pochas stew with roasted pork cuts such as jamón, panceta, chistorra, or chorizo.
• Cook gently with quail for a traditional Navarrese dish.
• Pair with seafood such as clams or monkfish for an elegant, lighter version.
• Combine with vegetables for a vegetarian stew full of texture and flavour.
• Use the broth to enrich your sauces or soups.

These round white beans, known in Spain as “alubia manteca”, are one of Rosara’s most impressive examples of true artisanal legume craftsmanship. Each bean is cooked slowly and carefully so it becomes incredibly tender. The skin is barely noticeable, and the flavour is clean, pure, and deeply comforting. This is the kind of legume that transforms the simplest meal into something exceptional. Once you try Rosara’s beans, it is hard to go back to anything else.

Rosara prepares all their legumes using traditional methods, respecting the natural texture of the bean and adding nothing that distracts from its authentic taste. The result is a silky bean with a buttery mouthfeel, ideal for hearty stews, elegant tapas, or wholesome everyday cooking. Even the cooking liquid is valuable. It is rich, flavourful, and perfect for incorporating into soups and sautés.

These beans are delicate, so Rosara recommends handling them gently. Add them to your dish at the end of cooking and avoid excessive stirring. If you want to remove them from the jar more easily, warm the unopened jar briefly in a bain marie.

Serving Suggestions

• Add to a Spanish-style stew with chorizo, smoked paprika, and onion.
• Combine with grilled vegetables and olive oil for a warm bean salad.
• Serve with clams or mussels for a traditional northern Spanish dish.
• Mash lightly with garlic and olive oil as a creamy spread for toast.
• Use the cooking broth to enrich soups and sauces.
