A historic winery, established in the roaring twenties, lay dormant until three friends, Dani, Maria, and Fernando, graduates of viticultural school, breathed new life into its aging walls. With a commitment to organic farming and minimal intervention, they rejuvenated both the estate and its century-old vines.
Their latest creation, sourced from a vineyard nestled in the Desert of Bardenas Reales' influence area, blends Garnacha and Graciano grapes, each vine boasting a quarter-century of resilience. This red exudes succulence, offering dark cherry, raspberry, and a whisper of blueberry, all laced with hints of black pepper and anise. Balanced acidity and seamlessly integrated tannins lend structure to its expressive, medium-to-full-bodied profile.
Pair this vibrant pour with weekday roasted meats, casseroles, or hearty stews, or elevate the occasion with a savory herb-crusted rack of lamb, letting the wine's charms shine through.
