XIC 2025 from Celler Kripta is a vibrant, expressive white wine that showcases Xarel·lo, one of Catalonia's most distinctive indigenous grape varieties. Produced in the D.O. Penedès from 100% organically grown Xarel·lo, the grapes are hand-harvested from carefully selected estate vineyards, capturing the unique character of the Mediterranean terroir. Fermented using native yeasts and aged on its lees for six months, this beautifully crafted wine combines freshness with texture, resulting in a modern, elegant interpretation of one of Spain's most exciting white grapes.

Pale straw yellow with brilliant green reflections, XIC opens with inviting aromas of ripe pear, white peach and citrus, complemented by delicate floral notes, Mediterranean herbs and a subtle hint of fennel. The palate is crisp and refreshing, yet wonderfully rounded thanks to the lees ageing, revealing flavours of orchard fruit, lemon zest and a touch of tropical fruit.
