Peperetes Octopus with Garlic and Olive Oil
Peperetes are one the finest producers of seafood in Spain and we have been a big fan of theirs for years. This octopus with garlic, a touch of heat from the hot pepper and in olive oil is tender with a mild and fresh taste. The octopus itself comes from the best Galician markets and is cleaned for freezing later on (this helps tenderize the octopus).
