Recipe: Judión Beans with Octopus and Olive Oil

Ingredients (available at spanishpig.ca):

  • 1 jar Rosara Judión Beans

  • 1 tin Lulina Octopus in Olive Oil

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Smoked paprika (pimentón)

  • Salt to taste

  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Warm the judión beans gently in their broth.

  2. In a separate pan, heat the octopus just until warmed through.

  3. Plate the beans, top with octopus, a generous drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of smoked paprika.

  4. Garnish with parsley.
