Rosara Pochas Stewed Navarra Style 720 ml

This beautifully prepared dish showcases one of Navarra’s most beloved ingredients: freshly shelled round white beans known as pochas. Rosara stews them gently in the traditional Navarrese way, using only vegetables and olive oil. The recipe is simple and honest, featuring tomato, green pepper, onion, garlic, and a touch of salt. Nothing more. The result is a natural, comforting dish with very low fat and salt content, perfect for anyone who appreciates wholesome and authentic Spanish cooking.

Rosara’s pochas are exceptionally tender. The skins are barely noticeable, and the flavour is pure and delicate. Their artisanal preparation ensures the same high quality found in Rosara’s natural legumes, but with the added convenience of a ready-made stew. All you need to do is heat and serve.

The broth is light yet full of flavour, and the vegetables create a soft base that complements the pochas without overpowering them. This stew offers a nourishing, traditional Spanish meal that feels both rustic and refined.
