Order this delicious array of cured meats and olives and all you have to do is serve it to your guests for an authentic Spanish spread. The compliments will come thick and fast!
There is of course hand cut Ibérico de Bellota ham (50g), A yummy chorizo sarta (around 250g), some amazing Joselito (an amazing producer) Bellota shoulder ham cured for 60 months, which is crazy good. Not to mention the spreadable Iberico chorizo (Sobrasada), a favourite of ours at Spanish Pig. Spread on some crusty baguette and be blown away by its lovely flavour.
There are also Sarasa olives; once you have had one you wont be able to stop going back for more. Let's not of course forget about the Salchichon Iberico, kids will love this as much as adults!
