They are dug out by hand and stored in sea water until they are cleaned of sand. They are then carefully cooked then packed by hand in brine.

Ingredients:

• 1 can La Curiosa Tuna Belly

• 2 slices rustic bread, toasted

• 2-3 roasted piquillo peppers

• Extra virgin olive oil

• Sea salt & black pepper
