Bomba rice, prized as the king of paella rice, is at the heart of Spain’s most celebrated dishes. Grown in the fertile fields of Valencia, La Fallera Bomba rice is renowned for its exceptional quality and ability to absorb flavours while maintaining its firm texture. This short-grain variety has a unique pearl-like shape that allows it to expand lengthways rather than widthways during cooking, ensuring the grains remain separate, plump, and never sticky.
La Fallera, one of Spain’s most trusted rice producers, has been supplying households and professional kitchens for generations. Their Bomba rice is carefully selected to meet the demands of traditional paella making, where texture and consistency are essential. Its remarkable capacity to soak up two to three times its volume in liquid means it captures the full essence of a rich stock, spices, and seasonings, creating a truly authentic paella experience.
Beyond paella, Bomba rice is perfect for other Spanish favourites such as arroz al horno, arroz a banda, and creamy rice stews. Its reliability in holding both shape and flavour makes it a versatile ingredient for creative cooks who want restaurant-quality results at home.
A pantry essential for anyone passionate about Spanish cuisine, La Fallera Bomba rice ensures that every dish has the depth, character, and authenticity it deserves. Whether you’re cooking for a family gathering, entertaining friends, or perfecting your paella craft, this premium rice guarantees outstanding results every time.

Buena Pinta is a striking red from Bodegas Ponce, crafted in the Manchuela region of Spain. This wine is an adventurous blend of Garnacha and the rare, native Moravia Agria, a grape cherished for its high acidity and low tannins. Buena Pinta pours a lively ruby, with expressive aromas of fresh red berries, wild herbs, and subtle floral notes. The palate is refreshing and medium-bodied, balancing ripe fruit with zesty acidity and minerality. Unfiltered and organically produced, it captures the vibrancy of Manchuela’s terroir with an artisanal, minimalist approach. This wine pairs beautifully with charcuterie, roasted vegetables, and lightly spiced dishes, offering a fresh perspective on Spanish reds.
The name "Bullwhip" originates from the type of kelp it originates from; bull kelp. Kelp packs uniquely savory flavor and unmatched nutrition — vitamins, minerals, iodine, and fiber. This hot sauce is flavor first, heat second. A depth of flavor from the kelp paired with heat from piri piri pepper will ignite your taste buds and leave your mouth warm.
This hot sauce ages well -- buy one (or three!): eat one now, save one for later, and give one to a friend!
We love this on all our canned seafood products, start with placing some on smoked oysters. on top of a cracker, the best canape we have had in a looong time.

Cambados Gourmet Salmon is a beautiful expression of Galicia’s skill in preserving seafood at its finest. Using premium cuts of Atlantic salmon, each piece is gently prepared to retain its natural richness and delicate texture. The fish is cooked slowly to keep the flesh tender, then preserved in high quality olive oil that enhances its flavour without overpowering it. The result is salmon that tastes clean, moist, and refined, with a silky mouthfeel that sets it apart from more common tinned varieties.
The craftsmanship behind Cambados is evident in every tin. Each portion is thoughtfully arranged by hand, ensuring both visual elegance and consistent quality. The flavour profile is mild yet full, with a pleasant balance of savoury depth and fresh maritime character. Cinco Jotas ham, hailing from the town of Jabugo, Spain, is revered as one of the finest Iberian hams in the world. What sets it apart is its lineage—made exclusively from purebred, free-range Iberian pigs that roam oak forests, feeding on acorns during the “montanera” season. This acorn-rich diet gives the ham its unparalleled nutty flavor and distinctive aroma.
The curing process is another key to its excellence. It can take up to five years, during which time the ham is meticulously aged in natural cellars, allowing the flavors to deepen and intensify. The result is a melt-in-your-mouth texture with rich, complex flavors—balancing sweet, salty, and savory notes that linger long after the first bite.
Cinco Jotas is a celebration of Spanish heritage and artisanal craftsmanship. Every step, from the pigs’ care to the traditional curing process, is carried out with precision and passion. It’s not just a ham, but an experience of luxurious indulgence, making it highly coveted by chefs and food lovers worldwide. For many, it’s the pinnacle of jamón ibérico, and once tasted, it leaves an unforgettable impression.

Cinco Jotas acorn-fed Ibérico ham is Spain's national treasure. It's an unrivaled product obtained from the rear legs of Ibérico pigs raised free-range in the meadows of southwest Spain. Its curing time is around 36-48 months.
Cinco Jotas puts a gourmet delight within your reach: the only ham that keeps the purity and distinction of its historic Ibérico breed. At the same time, it unveils textures and aromas able to charm the most demanding of palates. You just can't go wrong with Cinco Jotas Ibérico ham.
STORAGE & CARE
Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
When the ham is open, it is necessary to protect it from the air, because air removes moisture from the surface, making it less juicy. In addition, oxygen can oxidize the surface, modifying the flavor of the first slices.
To protect the ham from the air, the best option is to cover it with thin slices of white fat. You can then cover it with plastic wrap to protect it completely.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION
Serve the ham at room temperature, approximately 24 degrees, to fully appreciate its unbelievable flavors.
We recommend eating it on its own; eating with your fingers is allowed. This is, in fact, the best way to eat it. But it can be consumed in many ways, with bread, Acanto Botanikal Extra Olive Oil, and tomato, in sandwiches as we serve it in our Jamoneria Bar and Tasting Room or as an appetizer accompanied with some Obando Picos Gourmet. Thanks to its incomparable flavor and persistent aroma, you can transform a simple dish into a gourmet recipe.
